Gewürztraminer
A range of perfume, blossom to lychee and orange peel, all with a relatively full body, low acidity and ranging from dry to sweet.
Aged in a two year old upright Austrian wood cask, their 50 year old vine Gewürztraminer starts off with aromatics of citrus zest and warm spices. On the pallet this dry Gewürztraminer is framed by a focused acidity that gives texture and length to the wine while it shows flavors of lychee, lemon drop, and citrus blossom.
