The 2019 Rosé is congruent with our earlier releases. Because the winemaker allows the wine to go through malolactic fermentation the smooth mouthfeel and complexity comes through. Asian pear, lingering honey with a hint of vanilla end in a solid finish. This wine will pair well with Thai food, broccoli quiche or a light pistachio orange salad.
